Ek Duusre Ka Mazaaq Na Udaao

یٰٓاَیُّہَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا یَسْخَرْ قَوْمٌ مِنْ قَوْمٍ عَسٰٓی اَنْ یَّکُوْنُوْا خَیْرًا مِّنْہُمْ وَ لَا نِسَآء ٌ مِّنْ نِّسَآء ٍ عَسٰٓی اَنْ یَّکُنَّ خَیْرًا مِّنْہُنَّ وَ لَا تَلْمِزُوْٓا اَنْفُسَکُمْ وَ لَا تَنَابَزُوْا بِالْاَلْقَابِ بِئْسَ الِاسْمُ الْفُسُوْقُ بَعْدَ الْاِیْمَانِ وَ مَنْ لَّمْ یَتُبْ فَاُولٰٓیِکَ ہُمُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ۔
(الحجرات :۱۱)
Tarjamah: "Ae eemaan waalo.n! Na mard mardo.n se hase.n ‘ajab nahi.n ki woh un hasne waalo.n se behtar ho.n , aur na ‘aurate.n ‘aurato.n se, duur nahi.n ki woh un hasne waaliyo.n se behtar ho aur aapas mein ta’na na karo aur ek duusre ke bure naam na rakho, Kya hee bura naam hai musalmaaan hokar faaasiq kehlaana aur jo tauba na kare.n to wahi zaalim hain." (Kanzul Eemaan)
Zer-e-Nazar Tehreer mein ham ne mazkuurah aayat ko paa.nch hisso.n mein taqseem kiya hai ham apni guftugu ko mufassireen-e-kiraam aur ‘ulamaa-e-zawil-ehteraam ke aqwaal se muzayyan kare.n ge, Insha Allaah.
Shaan-e-Nuzuul: Sahaabi-e-Rasuul Hazrat Saabit bin Qais bin Shammaas ki quwwat-e-samaa’at mein kami thi Jab woh Aaqa-e-Kareem ﷺ ki bargaah-e-aqdas mein haazir hote (agar Sahaaba-e-Kiraam aage hote to) unke liye jagah khaali kar dete taaki woh huzuur ke qareeb baith jaae.n aur aap ka kalaam-e-mubaarak saaf sun sake.n. Ek roz aane mein unhe.n itni taakheer hui ki Namaaz-e-Fajr ki ek rak’at chuuth gai. Jab Aaqa ﷺ namaaz se faarigh hue, to Sahaaba-e-Kiraam ne nashiste.n chunli us waqt Hazrat-e- Saabit aae, unhe.n jagah milne ki gunjaaish na thi. Dastuur ke mutaabiq jo shakhs aese waqt aata aur majlis mein jagah na paata, to jahaa.n hota wahii.n khada rehta, lekin Hazrat saabit Rasuul-e-Kareem ﷺ ke qareeb baithne ke liye logo.n ki gardane.n phalaangte hue aage badhe, woh yeh kehte ja rahe the ki jagah do jagah do. Yahaa.n tak ki woh huzuur ﷺ ke qareeb poho.nch gae aur unke aur huzuur ke darmiyaan mein sirf ek shakhs baaqi the. Unho.n ne un se bhi kaha ki jagah do. To un saahib ne jawaab diya ki "aap jagah paa chuke hain, lihaaza wahi.n baith jaaiye." Is par Hazrat-e-Saabit gusse mein aakar unke peeche baith to gae, lekin jab andhera chat gaya to unho.n ne unka jism daba kar kaha ki, "Kaun ho?" Jawaab mila ki, "Main falaa.n shakhs huu.n." Hazrat-e- Saabit ne unki maa ka naam le kar kaha, "Falaani ke ladke ho?" Is par saahib ne sharm se sar jhuka liya. Zamaana-e-Jaahiliyat mein ‘aar dilaane ke liye is tarah kaha jaata tha. Is par yeh aayat naazil hui. (Tafseer-e-Baghawi)
یٰٓاَیُّہَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا یَسْخَرْ قَوْمٌ مِنْ قَوْمٍ عَسٰٓی اَنْ یَّکُوْنُوْا خَیْرًا مِّنْہُمْ وَ لَا نِسَآء ٌ مِّنْ نِّسَآء ٍ عَسٰٓی اَنْ یَّکُنَّ خَیْرًا مِّنْہُنَّ
(حجرات:11)
Tafseer: "(لَا یَسْخَرْ) " se muraad kya hai? ‘Allaama Aaluusi Hanafi likhte hain, "السخریۃ احتقار الشخص مطلقا علی وجہ مضحک بحضرتہ" ThaTha udaane ke taur par kisi insaan ki us ki maujuudgi mien tehkeer karna sukhriyya hai. "قَوْمٌ مِّنْ قَوْم" mein "qaum" se muraad mard hain. ‘Allaama Baidhaawi likhte hain, "القوم مختص بالرجال"
Musalmaan ko aziyyat dene ka wabaal: Matlab yeh hai ki "Ae eemaan waalo.n! Tum aapas mein ek duusre ki kisi bhi tarah tehqeer na karo na ek fard duusre fard ko ruswa kare na ek jamaa’at duusri jamaa’at ko zaleel kare na kisi ko uski mohtaaji ki bina par sataao, aur na kisi ‘aeb ki buniyaad par ha.nsi udaao gharz yeh ki tazheek-o-tehqeer, istihzaa-o-tamaskhur ki saari raahe.n masduud kardo. Is mumaani’at ki wajah yeh hai ki zaahiri shakl-o-suurat mein kuch naqs aur waza’-o-qata’ mein kuch kharaabi ki buniyaad par tum jin ki ha.nsi udaate ho, bohot mumkin hai ki woh log ‘indal-llaah wa ‘indar-Rasuul tumse behtar maqaam-o-martabah rakhte ho.n. Tum jinhe.n haqeer-o- ma’muuli samajh rahe ho yeh ba’eed nahi.n ki woh khuda-o-rasuul ki bargaah mein khairiyat ki sanad pa chuke ho.n to phir socho ki tumhara tamaskhur, tumhara istihza siwaaae ukhrawi wabaal ke koi duusra nateeja tumhe.n na dega lihaaza aisa na karo. Aur agar karte ho, to baaz aajaao. Allaah ke Rasuul ﷺ irshaad farmaate, مَنْ اٰذَی مُسْلِمًا فَقَدْ اٰذَانِی وَ مَنْ آذَانِی فَقَدْ اٰذَی اللّٰہ عز و جل "ki Jisne kisi Musalmaan ko aziyyat di, usne mujhe aziyyat di aur jisne mujhe aziyyat di usne dar asl Allaah ‘Azza wa Jal ko aziyyat poho.nchaai." (Majma' az-Zawaaid: 3092)
Waazeh rahe ki ‘allama aaluusi Hanafi ne isi aayat ke tahat likha hai ki عَسٰٓی اَنْ یَّکُوْنوا ka yeh mafhuum bhi ho sakta hai ki aapas mein ek duusre ka istihza na karo ki mumkin hai ki jin ka tamaskhur kiya jaa raha hai woh (mustaqbil mein) mu’azzam-o-behtar ho jaae.n aur tum zaleel-o-ruswa ho jaao.
Duusro.n ki tazheek ka anjaam: Rasuul-e-Akram ﷺ ne farmaaya ki, "Logo.n ka mazaaq udaane waalo.n ke liye kal baroz-e-Qayaamat Jannat ka ek darwaaza khola jaaega, phir unse kaha jaaega ki idhar aao, idhar aao. Jab woh qareeb jaae.n ge, to woh darwaaza band kar diya jaaega, phir duusra darwaaza khol kar aise hi kiya jaaega. Isi tarah kiya jaata rahe ge, yahaa.n tak kaha "الرجل لیفتح لہ الباب فیقال لہ ہلم ہلم فلا یأتیہ." jab phir aane ki da’wat di jaaegi to koi aage na badhega. (ihya-ul-‘uluum ad-deen)
Hame.n is se sabaq lene ki sakht zaruurat hai ki waqti taur par tafreeh-e-qalb jis tamaskhur se haasil ho jaata hai woh dar asl hamaare liye aakhirat ki badi mehruumi ka baa’is hai.
Kisi tarah ka mazaah jaaiz hai: Agar kisi ke saath is tarah ha.nsi ki jaae ki na use aziyyat ho aur na bura lage, to is tarah ka mazaah jaaiz hai. Ba’z mawaaqi’ par, bayaan-e-jawaaz ke liye, hamaare Aaqa wa Maula ﷺ ne bhi mazaah farmaaya hai. Ek martaba ek za’eef khatuun Aaqa ﷺ ki bargaah mein haazir huii.n to Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya: "لا یدخل الجنۃ عجوز", ki Jannat mein koi budhiya nahi.n jaaegi. Is par woh rone lagee.n, to Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya, " إنکِ لستِ بعجوز یومئذ", ya’ni tum us waqt budhi na rahogi.(Ihyaau ‘uluum-ad-deen: baab-al-mazaah) Isi tarah ek aur mauqe’ par ek khaatuun haazir ho kar sawaari ke liye uu.nt talab karti hain, to Huzuur ﷺ farmaate hai: " بل نحملک علی ابن البعیر" ki ham tumhe.n sawaari ke liye uu.nt ka bacha de.nge is par woh kehne lagee.n ki mein bache ka kya karu.ngi? Aaqa ﷺ farmaate hain: ما من بعیر إلا وہو ابن بعیر ki jo uu.nt hota hai woh kisi na kisi ka bacha hota hai garche Aaqaa-e-do jahaa.n ﷺ ki gharz mehez mazaah na thi balki un ke zo’f-e-qalb ka ‘ilaaj karna maqsuud tha. beher haal Is tarah ka mazaaq ki jis mein kisi ko kisi qism ki aziyyat-o-takleef na poho.nche shar’an jaaiz-o-mubaah hai ye mazkuurah aayat ki mumaani’at mein daakhil nahi.n.
Nikaat: (1) Aayat-e-paak mein” قَوْمٌ مِّنْ قَوْم” aaya hai, "رَجُلٌ مِّنْ رَّجُلٍ" nahi.n aaya, is ki wajah yeh hai ki ‘umuuman tamaskhur majma’-o-majlis hi mein hua karta hai aur tamaam ya aksar haazireen is mein ha.ns kar ya raazi hokar shareek hote hain. Andaaz-e-kalaam se yeh matlab hargiz nahi.n. nikaala ja sakta ki ek fard duusre fard ka tamaskhur kar sakta hai kyu.n ki maqsuud aziyyat-o-takleef ka sad-e-baab hai jo do fardo.n ke maabaen bhi matluub hai aur majma’ mein bhi matluub hai. (2) Aayat mein "رِجَالٌ مِّنْ نِّسَاءٍ" ya "نِسَاءٌ مِّنْ رِجَالٍ" nahi.n hai. Yeh nahi.n kaha gaya ki mard ‘aurat aapas mein thathha na kare.n. Is liye ki shar’an mardo.n aur ‘aurto.n ka ijtima’ hota hi nahi.n ki aapasi tamaskhur ka mu’aamla saamne aae. Neez saheeh insaani mizaaj yahi hai ki ham jins, ham jins ke saath ha.nsi mazaaaq karte hain. Aaj ke daur mein shaadi waghaira ke mauqe’ par ‘aurto.n aur mardo.n ki mushtarak ha.nsi mazaaq ki majlise.n bila shuba ghair shar’ee bhi hain aur ghair fitri bhi. Allaah Ta'aala tamaam Musalmaano.n ko ehtiraaz ki tawfeeq ‘ata farmaae. Ameen.
(2) وَ لَا تَلْمِزُوْٓا اَنْفُسَکُم
Tafseer: لَا تَلْمِزُوْٓا lamz se bana hai jis ke ma’naa hain "qaul ya ishaare se kisi ki ‘aeb joee karna". (Tafseer-e-Aalusi) Matlab yeh hai ki ae Musalmaano.n! Tum aapas mein ek duusre ke ‘aeb talaash karne mein na lago Tum par to yeh laazim kiya gaya hai ki ek duusre ki sulaah-o-behtari ke taalib raho aur har koi duusre ke liye hamesha khair hi pasand kare Tum saare Momineen ek jaan ki tarah ho tum mein se kisi ka duusre ko eeza dena apne aap ko eeza dene jaisa hi hai aur socho kya koi apne aap ki ‘aeb joee pasand karta hai? Nahi.n, yaqeenan nahi.n. to phir koi bhi Momin kisi ki ‘aeb joee mein na lage.
Allaah ke Rasuul ﷺ farmaate hain: "اَلمُؤْمِنُوْنَ کالجَسَدِ الواحِد إذَا اشْتَکَی مِنْہُ عُضْوٌ تَدَاعَی لَہُ سائِرُ جَسَدِہِ بالحُمَّی والسَّہَرِکبالحمی والسہر" ki Momineen ek jism ki tarah hain, jab kisi ek ‘uzv ko shikaayat hoti hai to saare a’za mein bukhaar-o-beqaraari paida ho jaati hai. (Tafseer-e-Tabari)
Tauba ke ba’d kisi ki aziyyat ka wabaal: Hadees-e-Mubarakah mein hai: "مَنْ عَیَّرَ أَخَاہُ بِذَنْبٍ لَمْ یَمُتْ حَتَّی یَعْمَلَہُ." Ki Jis kisi ne apne kisi bhai ko aise gunaah par ‘aar dilaai jis se woh tauba kar chuka hai toh woh khud jab tak ki woh gunaah na kar le use maut nahi.n aaegi. (Tirmizi: 2693)
Yeh buraai hamaare mu’aashre mein ‘aam hai ki log duusro.n ko maheeno.n aur barso.n puraane gunaaho.n par ‘aar dilaate hain aur unhe.n sharmindah karte hain halaa.n ki woh apne jaraaim se tauba kar chuke hote hain. Allaah Ta'aala hamaare mu’aashre ko is khatarnaak marz se mehfuuz farmaae.
Nikaat: (1) Aayat-e-Paak mein "اَنْفُسَکُم" aaya hai, is se yeh ishaara maqsuud hai ke:
Bani Aadam a’zae yak deegaraand
Ki dar aafreenash zek joharaand.
Momineen aapas mein ek jism ke mukhtalif a’za ki tarah hain, lihaaza unhe.n har us cheez se bachna chaahiye jo kisi bhi ‘uzv ke liye zarar rasaa.n ho, kyu.n ki is se unhe.n bhi zarar poho.nchega.
(2) Is se koi yeh na samjhe ki phir to faasiq ke bhi ‘uyuub zaahir nahi.n kiye ja sakte chaahe uska fisq kisi bhi darje ka ho kyu.n ki Aaqaa-e-Kareem ﷺ ka irshaad hai: "اذکروا الفاجر بما فیہ کی یحذرہ الناس" ki faajir ke fisq ko zaahir kar do taaki log us se bach sake.n. (Tafseer-e-Haqqi)
(3) وَ لَا تَنَابَزُوْا بِالْاَلْقَابِ
Tafseer: "لَا تَنَابَزُوْا" tanaabazu ka ma’naa hai دعاء المرء صاحبہٗ بما یکرھہ من اسم او صفۃ. Aadmi ka duusre ko kisi aise naam ya sifat se pukaarna jo use naapasand ho. Matlab yeh hua ki ae eemaan waalo.n! Ek duusre ko bure alqaab se na pukaaro, khwaah woh lafzi ae’tebaar se bure ho.n ya ma'nawi ae’tebaar se. Beher haal har aisa naam dene se parhez karo jo tumhaare bhai ko pasand na ho.
Nikaat: (1) Aayat-e-Paak mein "لَا تَنَابَزُوْا " aaya hai. 'Allaamah Bayzaawi likhte hain: "النبز مختص بلقب السوء ‘urfan nabz se bure laqab hi muraad hain. Is se waazeh ho gaya ki sirf bure alqaab mamnuu' hain, ache alqaab diye ja sakte hain. Hazrat 'Allaamah Aalusi likhte hain:
"و قد صرحوا بان التلقیب بالالقاب الحسنۃ مما لا خلاف فی جواز" ki 'Ulamaa-e-‘ezaam ne tasreeh ki hai ki ache alqaab ke jawaaz mein kisi ka ikhtilaaf nahi.n Jaise Sayyiduna Siddeeq-e-Akbar ko 'Ateequllaah, Sayyiduna ‘Umar ko Faaruuq, Sayyiduna Hamzah ko Asadullaah, Hazrat Khaalid ko Saifullaah waghaira ke alqaab isi qabeel se hain. 'Allaamah Ismaa’eel Haqqī Ḥanafi likhte hain: "ان اللقب الحسن لا ینھی عنہ مثل محی الدین و شمس الدین و بھاء الدین ki ache laqab mamnuu’ nahi.n hai maslan Muheeyuddeen, Shamsuddeen, Bahaauddeen waghaira. Phir farmaate hain ki Hadees-e-Rasuul mein hai: "من حق المؤمن علی اخیہ ان یسمیہ بأحب اسمائہ الیہ" ki ki ek Momin ka duusre par yeh haq hai ki pasandeeda naamo.n se use pukaare. (Tafseer-e-Haqqi)
(4) بِئْسَ الِاسْمُ الْفُسُوْقُ بَعْدَ الْاِیْمَانِ
Tafseer: "الِاسْمُ الْفُسُوْق" ‘Allaamah Ismaa’eel Ḥaqqi kehte hain "الاسم" se "الذکر" muraad hai aur "الفسوق" se pehle muzaaf maḥzuuf hai, ya’ni 'ibaarat is tarah hai: "بئس الذکر ذکر الفسوق بعد الایمان" matlab yeh hai ki eemaan le aane ke ba’d yeh bohot buri baat hai ki ahl-e-eemaan ko buraai se yaad kar Yaa’ni yeh taqaaza-e-eemaan ke khilaaf hai. Yeh aayat Ummul-Momineen Hazrat Safiyah ke silsile mein us waqt naazil hui jab woh rote hue Huzuur ﷺ ki bargaah mein haazir hui.n aur ‘arz kii ki ‘aurate.n mujhe یا یہودیۃ بنت یہودیین (Ae Yahuudiyo.n ki beti yahuudiyah) kehti hain. Is par aap ne irshaad farmaaya: "ہلا قلت ان أبی ہرون وعمی موسی وزوجی محمد علیہم السلام" aap keh detee.n ki Hazrat Haruun mere waalid, Hazrat Muusa mere chacha aur Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ mere zawj-e-mohtaram hain. (Tafseer-e-Haqqi) Is ka ek matlab yeh bhi ho sakta hai ki jisne hamaare mamnuu’aat ka irtikaab kiya, Momin bhai ka mazaaq udaaya, uski ‘aeb joee ki ya bure laqab se use pukaara to woh faasiq hai, lihaaza aisa kar ke apne aap ko is ka mustahiq na banaalo ki tumhe.n shar’an faasiq kaha jaae. (5) وَ مَنْ لَّمْ یَتُبْ فَاُولٰٓیِکَ ہُمُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ
Tafseer: Mazkuurah buraaiyo.n ka jo koi murtakib ho use chaahiye ki tauba kar ke apne aap ko manhiyyaat-e-shar’iyyah se bachaale aur apne daaman par lage gunaaho.n aur jurmo.n ke dhabbe mitaale. Hamaari in tambeehaat-o-ta’leemaat ke baawajuud agar koi duusro.n ke tamaskhur mein laga hai, ‘aeb joee ka shauq rakhta hai aur bure alqaab dene ko accha samajhta hai to phir aisa shakhs zaalim hai, apne aap par zulm kar raha hai ki woh khud ko aakhirat ke ‘azaab ka mustahiq bana raha hai.
