Today, on 27 November 2025, Maula Ali Research Centre (under the administration of Minarah Masjid Trust) was honored by the visit of Naib Sharih Bukhari, Hazrat Mufti Naseem Ahmad Misbahi — teacher and mufti at Jamia Ashrafia, Mubarakpur, Azamgarh.

After reviewing the Centre’s collection of books and its future projects, Hazrat expressed great happiness and extended his heartfelt good wishes. Alongside his prayers, he also blessed the gathering with his valuable impressions and reflections.

When the name of Hazrat Syed Kamil Ashraf al-Ashrafi al-Jilani was mentioned, he remarked:

“There is a need to highlight this aspect of his life: at a time when disagreements among the scholars of Ahl-e-Sunnat across India were at their peak, Syed Kamil Ashraf Sahib kept himself separate from those disputes.”

He further recalled:

“I remember one day when Allama Arshad al-Qadri and Huzoor Sharih-e-Bukhari were on their way to visit him and took me along. When we arrived, he was overjoyed to see us.”

During those days, a devoted attendant named Chaman Miyan used to serve him. He would repeatedly call out:

“Chaman Miyan, bring some biscuits… Chaman Miyan, bring this… bring that…
Chaman Miyan, don’t you see that revered scholars from Ashrafia have arrived? Let there be no shortcoming in hospitality.”

Then, within barely half an hour, he invited us to wash our hands, saying that the meal was ready. I was truly astonished at how such excellent arrangements had been made in so little time.

He held deep love and affection for Ashrafia and for the scholars associated with it.
