Agar aap chaahte hain ki aap ke waqt mein barkat ho,
aap kuch waqt nikaal kar kuch achi kitaabe.n padh le.n,
kuch likh le.n.
Apne waalidain ko waqt de.n,
beewi, baccho.n ko,
aur rishtedaaro.n ko waqt de.n,
kuch nafli ‘ibaadat kar le.n,
gunaaho.n se bache rahe.n,
subh jaldi uthe.n,
raat ko jaldi so jaae.n,
namaaz baa-jamaa’at padhe.n,
kuch wazaaif bhi kar le.n,
to aap smart phone ka iste’maal kam se kam kare.n.
Aur iske liye aap yeh tareeqa apnaa sakte hain:
Social media ka iste’maal sirf aur sirf din mein ek baar kare.n, woh bhi zaruuratan.
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, isi tarah deegar ghair zaruuri apps ke notifications band kar de.n.
Calling, messaging aur Whatsapp ka, isi tarah Google Pay, Phone Pay, Paytm ka notifications on rakhe.n ki inki zaruurat padti hai.
Taaham Whatsapp mein ghair zaruuri group se remove ho jaae.n.
Aur agar remove nahi.n hote to, kisi bhi contact ko select karke select all kar lijiye, us ke baa’d sab ko mute kar dijiye, aur phir jo zaruuri group (Group) aur contact numbers (Contact Numbers) hain unko unmute kar dijiye.
Aisa karne se yeh hoga ki mobile aapko control nahi.n karega, balki aap mobile ko control mein rakhe.n ge.
